We have emergency maintenance required on your housing development.

Maintenance End: 18:00 GMT 06/02/2022
External Maintenance Details: We need to make essential repairs to the core fibre on your housing development. This will be for all houses using our Hyperfast Broadband and TV Signal services.
Although we have allocated 2 days for the works to be completed, we envisage each house/connection will be offline for a maximum of 1 hour, on one of the days only.
If after this one hour period you are still experiencing connection issues please try rebooting your router, if you are still experiencing issues please give customer service a call on 0330 223 2266 (please do not factory reset your router as this will wipe your configuration).
We are sorry for the short notice on this however we are confident you will see the benefits of the works being completed.
